Chippi offers auto-renewing subscriptions with free trials:
Includes a 14-day free trial
Includes a 7-day free trial
Payment Terms
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Your Subscription
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
- Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
- Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
Chippi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app or its content.
- You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
- This license is effective until terminated by you or by ChippisJourney.
- This license is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal.
Medical & Wellness Disclaimer
Chippi is a self-care and emotional wellness companion. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- The app's content (including meditations, exercises, and journal prompts) is for general informational and self-reflection purposes only.
- Chippi is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services immediately.
- Use of the app is at your own discretion and risk. We make no guarantees regarding specific health outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All content within Chippi — including but not limited to text, graphics, illustrations, animations, audio, exercises, character designs, and user interface elements — is the property of ChippisJourney and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of the app's content without prior written permission from ChippisJourney.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Chippi at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the app.
You may stop using Chippi at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
